Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the First Touch Soccer website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Program Registration

When registering for our programs:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Parents or legal guardians must register on behalf of minors
• Registration is subject to availability and age requirements
• Payment is required to confirm registration

Payment and Refunds

Our payment policies include:

• Full payment is required at time of registration
• Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before program start date
• No refunds will be issued after the program has begun
• Credit toward future programs may be offered at our discretion
• We reserve the right to cancel programs with full refund if minimum enrollment is not met

Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow participants
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions
• Arrive on time and prepared for training sessions
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in soccer training involves inherent risks of injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree that First Touch Soccer, its coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence.

Photo and Video Release

By participating in our programs, you grant First Touch Soccer permission to photograph and video record participants for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the program begins.

Weather and Cancellations

Sessions may be cancelled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. Make-up sessions will be scheduled when possible. We are not obligated to provide refunds for weather-related cancellations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and training materials, is the property of First Touch Soccer and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

First Touch Soccer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
